- Green nudges increased the share of no-cutlery orders by 19.3%-21.2.
- Nearly 83% of the individuals in the treated cities responded positively to the green nudges; about 6% of the individuals didn’t change, and 11% behaved in the opposite direction
- Green nudges on the platform’s business performance is negligible and statistically nonsignificant
- The effects were larger for women
